Birds and Drips

The snow is mostly gone now, after snowing a good measurable 3 inches. (I know because I gather data for the NOAA weather station, ha ha) It's melting so fast that water is pouring off our roof. It's kind of a nice sound. It means the weather is above freezing, always a good thing.

The snow also melted off my bird feeder, much to the delight of the birds currently gorging themselves.
1 Morning Dove, 2 Lazuli Buntings, 1 Thrush, 2 American Goldfinches, and 4 Black-capped chickadees.
