*sigh*

I’ve been sighing a lot lately
“Mom, the cat has worms.”
*sigh*
“Mom, Oscar just dug a hole in the seat of the couch.”
*sigh*
My in-laws don’t want us to come up for Thanksgiving.
*sigh*
My son’s car won’t start any more.
*sigh*
The subdivision project across the road is not widening our street as they had originally promised.
*sigh*
Starting next Wednesday I have to be at work 2 hours earlier than I am normally, and I’m not an early bird.
*sigh*

Mom, I get to sleep in tomorrow for the first time in months! There's some good news for you! Well, more for me, but it's still good news!

Sometimes a sigh is the only answer.

Did Oscar really dig a hole in the couch?

Oh yes. There is a nice hole in the couch cushion. I know my couch is old and need to be replaced, but it's going to have to make it until summer. Luckily the cushion is the kind you can turn over.
Yea Abby! I'm glad you get to sleep in! I will have to work early for 3-6 weeks. And I have to work 2 hours later than normal for 3-6 weeks. I'm coverin for a lady who is having surgery. There's a chance she could have cancer and are doing a biopsy. I'm praying for her big time. I'm happy to help out so that she can go take care of herself, but still......that's a lot more hours than I'm used to.

Ok.... but WHY? Wonder what makes a dog suddenly decide one day to do that? I have my own crazy dogs here that do the same sort of thing. I'll never figure them out!
